We post new designs on Monday and Wednesday nights at 8pm CST. We design all of our items, so they are unique to Sugar & Spice NOLA!
Most of our items for Winter 2011 are pre-orders with an expected ship date in October.
To purchase an item, comment UNDER the picture with the following information: "size, email address, and OOL if outside of Louisiana”--for sales tax purposes. We will send you an invoice via PayPal. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay your invoice. You can pay using the PayPal payment processor using your PayPal account OR pay by debit card, credit card or e-check. Payment is due 2 days after the invoice is sent.
Please check your SPAM box for missing invoices. If you do not receive your invoice within 24hrs, please email us at sugarandspiceNOLA@yahoo.com
Pre Orders are often offered at a discounted price when introduced during a sale. When our shipment arrives, we will offer a limited quantity of each design at our standard retail price.
If, during a pre order, we do not have enough interest in a design, we have the right to cancel that design and, of course, issue a refund if an invoice has been paid for that item.
Our size chart can be found in our "notes" tab, located under our profile picture.
We will gladly exchange sizes IF we have that size in stock, however, you are responsible for the exchange shipping (back to us and again back to you). We do not accept returns for a refund due to sizing. Our size chart is posted, please measure a well-fitting outfit on your child and order accordingly.
